Privacy policy

ONB Email Scheduler is a demo project built for a hiring assignment. It is not a commercial service.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google we store your name, email address and profile picture so we can show them in the dashboard and keep your emails separate from other users. If you connect Slack, we store the incoming-webhook URL and channel name for your workspace.

Emails you schedule

Recipients, subjects and bodies you enter are stored to schedule and send them. Emails are sent through Ethereal, a test SMTP service that captures messages and never delivers them to real inboxes.

Sharing

We don't sell or share your data. It is only used to run the features of this app.

Deletion

You can disconnect Slack at any time from the dashboard. To have your account and data deleted, contact the project owner through the GitHub repository.
